In `recorder_picamera2.Picam2.start_recording` quality argument not used

In picamera this set the quality of the video which was tuned to get a good appearance without using excessive amounts of data per video. A) presumably picamera2 has something similar B) we actually might need to take some care that what is being done by default by picamera isn't using too much data per a video.
