Description
Should include (but not necessarily be limited to):
- setting the IP on the camera
- setting the username and password for the camera
- turning on ONVIF on the camera
- setting the settings for the three streams to what is expected.
- setting the "PTZ->Max. Tilt-angle" to "(-5 - 90) Degree"
