We can read:

It's unclear to the reader what the version number represents. Assuming the 0.55.0 is a real version, it can't be c2pa-python (max version 0.27.1) nor can it be c2patool (0.26.8) nor can it be the c2pa spec (goes from 1.0 to 2.2). Which is it? I suggest clearer language to be used and the example version to be updated :)

Reading the code, I found that this refers to c2pa-rs (https://github.com/contentauth/c2pa-rs/tags). I'll open a PR!
