Can't transmit message

I use this library, but can't transmit data. Do everything like in main file, choose ports and made that blink led when transmiting, but my led always light up, but not blinking, Where could be issue?

Uncomment first line in below code from NRF24L01.c:

//	config = config | (1<<1);   // write 1 in the PWR_UP bit
	config = config & (0xF2);    // write 0 in the PRIM_RX, and 1 in the PWR_UP, and all other bits are masked

That made it work for me at least......
