Weired position of loading indicator of c-smart-table

I am not really sure, if this is a bug or actually intented.

When using c-smart-table with external data and using the [loading] binding, the loading indicator is displayed at the top left of the table, with center-y at the bottom of the header row.

You can see this with the external data documention of the c-smart-table.

I would expect the indicator below the header and x-centered.
