[feature requiest] compile cornucopia-async in wasm

after adjusting the feature flag of tokio-postgres, we'll be able to build cornucopia-async in wasm.
currently cloudflare-worker allows connect to tcp socket, hence allowing connecting to postgres instances with tokio-postgres.
