Isotype annotation

Thanks for creating this software. Is there any functionality for annoting B cell isotypes? If not, are there any plans to add this in future versions?

There is currently no B cell isotype functionality but it's something that we'll get added later this month.

I'm so sorry @zacmon -- I added these last year and never got back to you. They're not in the PIP install but if you clone this repo and do the local install they should be in there
