Hi,I successfully run the pipeline, the stability. The stability.filtered.mx.txt file:

But I don't know how to understand the number,What do these numbers mean?

Hi Anna,

The numbers in this file can be interpreted as the difference in RNA stability for a given gene in a given sample relative to estimated average stability of that gene across all samples, adjusting for the gene-specific bias introduced by pre-mRNA processing which we describe in this paper https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-017-00867-z

The numbers are on a log2 scale
