Find a better solution for the portion of stdlib written in Teko

Currently, this consists of a single file `src/shared/stdlib.to`. It'd be nice to have it in a separate `lib` directory and be allowed to be multiple files/directories, but this would require the `teko` executable to be able to consistently locate it.
