The current home page UI is dated and doesn't provide an engaging or modern user experience. It lacks visual appeal and doesn't effectively highlight key features or content, leading to a subpar first impression for users. We are missing an opportunity to present a polished, intuitive, and modern application interface.

Describe the solution you'd like

I'd like to completely renovate the home page UI. This involves a full redesign to implement a modern, responsive, and visually appealing layout.

The goals for the redesign are to:

• Modernize the Aesthetics: Adopt a fresh design language (e.g., modern typography, updated color palette, cleaner card designs, better use of whitespace).
• Improve Information Hierarchy: Clearly guide the user's attention to the most important elements and calls-to-action (CTAs).
• Ensure Responsiveness: The design must look fantastic and function flawlessly across all major breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Enhance Accessibility: Ensure the new design meets modern accessibility standards (color contrast, keyboard navigation, etc.).

This would be a perfect opportunity for a frontend developer to showcase their skills in modern CSS/Styling (e.g., using Tailwind CSS, Shadcnn), responsive design, and UX/UI implementation.

Additional context

This is an excellent, self-contained project for a frontend developer looking for a great first issue for Hacktoberfest! It allows a new contributor to immediately make a high-impact, visible change, demonstrating their design and implementation skills.

Suggested Deliverables for the Contributor:

• A new, visually modern home page implemented in the ui application.
• The design must be fully responsive.
• All existing key functionalities/links from the old home page must be preserved and integrated into the new layout.
• Screenshots/demos of the new design should be provided in the pull request.
