not working on iOS 9

Whe HA is accessed thru Chrome on Win10 or HA Assistant app on iOS 13 everything is working just fine, but... i have iPad2 with iOS 9 and whe accessed thru Safari or HA Assistant app Lovelace UI shows error: custom element doesn't exist button-entity-row.js

Any help?
