Grocy chores became unavailable

For some reason "chores" are unavailable and it broke quite a lot of buttons I made to log maintenance tasks at home. It stopped working 5 days ago. I did some HA updates back then so probably related.

Might have been since I updated HA to the latest version

I had a problem like this. When I looked at the error logs for Grocy, I was finding that if there was a null value for a chore, none of the grocy sensors would load.

If you have any chores that haven't been completed yet, try making sure that they all have been completed at least once and see if the sensors load.

@arretx I'll have a look since I do have tasks I never completed before since they are planned in te future. But my custom buttons I made worked perfectly and those tasks also existed back then. But I'll have a look

Hey @KLucky13. Your issue is almost certainly the same one reported in issue #347. Home Assistant has moved to relying on v2.11.3 of the pydantic library, and this Grocy integration is pinned to a range of pydantic versions from 2.10.4 to 2.11.dev0.

We'd have to investigate why versions beyond 2.11.dev0 were hardcoded as being an inappropriate dependency, and the team would have to examine future/current versions of pydantic for breaking API changes. If I get a moment this week, and no one else is taking a look at this, I'd be happy to. If there are no breaking changes in this minor-version update of pydantic, the change will be a simple manifest adjustment.
