QUERY: article about repositories?

I have a co-authored article that might be suitable for this community in a broad sense, but I wanted to gauge your interest in it before I commit. It's not about source code itself, which may automatically disqualify it, but about setting up a disciplinary repository for writing that uses APIs. The article outlines the reasons for this and ends by discussing some of the technical aspects. Would this be an appropriate submission to PUSH? (Although, admittedly, it is currently WAY over the suggested word limit.)

Based on your description, it sounds appropriate to me, but I don't think any progress has been made for Push in several years now. Maybe a new submission or three would help this project gain momentum again.
