Trying to use this in acad 2024, does not seem to work even after building?

Sorry to waste any of your time, but I spent the day getting the C++ and C# projects to build for AutoCAD 2024 (since converting to .NET is above my level)

I forked the project, but I'm stuck where I can build both projects, and I can NETLOAD the C# .dll. But It doesn't seem to do anything when I draw any lines and check their properties? 

Any help would be great
