Unbound goals in the personal Telos

From the description it seems that goals should flow from the mission:

Problems -> Mission -> (Narratives) -> Goals

While in the example these goals seem unbound:

Telos/personal_telos.md

Lines 34 to 35 in e5cc4d6

	- G3: Wife by 35
	- G4: First kid by 36

Am I getting the structure wrong and there's no strict bounding rule, or should we add the corresponding problem + mission?
