Add - Possibilty to print PDF

It would be nice to add the ability to print to PDF using "setOutputFormat(QPrinter::PdfFormat)".
Indeed, users under Windows 7 do not necessarily have a virtual PDF printer.

I believe I just pulled all that out not long ago.

It muddied up the code a bit, and I didn't think Windows 7 was still in serious use anywhere.

Unfortunately this component is a very low-priority for me, and only exists to facilitate a larger project which supports me, so a feature like this will be very low priority as well.

I'll keep it up on the wishlist and hit it when I can, but anybody is of course welcome to make a PR.
