Center data structure on events

I would like to restructure the data so it's around locations' events (trivia, food pop-ups, shows, etc.). So food/drink specials and happy hours would be treated as recurring events, and the existing pages would be set up to filter event data for these specific types. Then I'd add new pages that are more generalized and list all the events at a location.
