add browser automation into mutable web extension

Automated web grabbing needs automated login and solving captchas.
Verify if the browser-use (or similar) is able to solve logins and captchas.
If yes: integrate it into the mutable web extension.

This feature is the prerequisite for Web Grabbers #324
