Add ability to use non custodial staking #23

Currently when running pokt by default we this package runs a custodial wallet, in which the rewards from the node address go to the same address. Non custodial allows another address to receive rewards. This can be a cold offline wallet. Also it can be used by multiple nodes if the user has multiple nodes running different chains etc. all rewards would pool into the non custodial address.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add ability to choose non custodial in setup wizard since you only have one chance to set this address per node.
