Fix layout of buttons on mobile

The mobile view of the homepage is wonky!

• The blue and green buttons have text overflowing and bad padding
  • make sure the text is centered in the buttons and padding is even on both sides
• The third dancing robot at the bottom looks bad
  • remove it
