Coordinate CD2H leadership visits to CTSA Pods

Coordinate with CLIC and/or NCATS to have CD2H leadership virtually visit the CTSA Pods over the next few months.

• Confirm CLIC and/or NCATS coordination

• identify CTSA Pods to visit

• identify visit timeline

• confirm leadership availability

these would be phone call "visits" - apologies for the confusion. ideally we'd have Chris C, Melissa, Anita plus other CD2H leadership volunteers.

There was a thought that there could be ~20 mins time on each of the pod's agendas to discuss CD2H/N3C.
