`Summary Statistics` are not returned

Summary statistics are not written to the output as the document says. The Docker container stalls forever after the job is done, but the summary statistics are never returned.

I see the same issue.
From Docker Container.
index or classify --> both jobs have no standard out message and job is "running" although nothing is being done
