add support for simplified badgerfish mapping

For use cases in which data format round trip is not required the extended badgerfish format can be difficult to work with. We should add a `profile` or similar that takes values like simple, or extended or full. simple should skip order fields and concatenate all text node into the field's value unless there's element nodes in which case those take precedence.
