Remove crx folder/Google Chrome app-specific junk.

Google is winding down Chrome web apps in favor of standardized web app behavior. The crx folder is leftover from that. The assets in it should be moved to more appropriate folders and any references in the code base changed to match. The manifest in the crx folder should be removed and any useful bits merged into the top level manifest as needed. Any other Google Chrome app-specific pieces should be converted to a standardized solution or have new issues opened here on GH if they're too large.
