Feature: Add Miscellaneous Expenses #88
Description
You should be able to add miscellaneous expenses through the app. This includes gas, food, phone bill, etc. It doesn't have to be associated with a single job or "shift".
TODO: How do these expenses factor in to pay statistics for different apps?
