Re-connect to evdev after plugging the device back #26
Description
Physically disconnecting keyboard from Charon makes KeyScanner to fail and there is no recovery from it after plugging keyboard back.
Instead it should be switching to keyboard search loop and reconnect gracefully.
- Display client notification when keyboard is not present
- Keyboard discovery loop
