Database explorer only shows public scheme on Postgres

When there's multiple schemes only public scheme shows on the explorer.

Reproduce steps:

Environment: Macos 15.7.3
Installed dmg version: 0.8.10

1. Add a Postgres connection with multiple schemes
2. Just view explorer and any table that's not on public scheme

I've investigated this issue and found the root cause. The problem is that all PostgreSQL queries in the codebase are hardcoded to filter only the public schema.

Technical Details:

In src-tauri/src/drivers/postgres.rs, every function that retrieves database objects explicitly filters for the public schema:

Tables (line ~31):

SELECT table_name as name 
FROM information_schema.tables 
WHERE table_schema = 'public'  -- Hardcoded!

Views (line ~602):

SELECT viewname as name 
FROM pg_views 
WHERE schemaname = 'public'  -- Hardcoded!

Routines/Functions (line ~739):

WHERE pronamespace = (SELECT oid FROM pg_namespace WHERE nspname = 'public')  -- Hardcoded!

The same applies to columns, foreign keys, and all other database objects.

Current Limitations:

1. No schema discovery - There's no function to list available schemas
2. Hardcoded to 'public' - Cannot view objects in other schemas (e.g., auth, api, custom schemas)
3. No schema selection UI - The explorer doesn't allow switching between schemas
4. Affects all operations - Listing, columns, foreign keys, views, routines

Solution Required:

To fix this issue, we need to:

1. Add a get_schemas() function for PostgreSQL
2. Modify all queries to accept a schema parameter (instead of hardcoding 'public')
3. Add UI in the explorer to allow schema selection
4. Store the selected schema preference per connection
