wibo fails to handle multiple concurrent mwld instances in the same directory #33

@encounter looked at this with me in discord.
Purportedly due to problems with file handles, under wibo, RESOURCE.FRK gets deleted when other instances of the mwldeppc.exe process need it to exist.
