I've seen this before, seems to be a small quirk of Copay upstream. It clears the sendForm upon clicking send but before you have confirmed it. Though from my testing it has no ill effects and transactions are always successfully sent.

Were you able to successfully send your funds?

OK, you have confirmed that the address you are sending to is valid?

What browser/arch are you on?

I've tried in Chrome and Firefox and it's the same problem.

hmmm if you could email me the address your are attempting to send to and the amount you are attempting, i will try and reproduce locally

OK email received. Looks like address is valid and amount should be OK given you balance. So you don't see any "insufficient funds error" or anything?

Do you see a modal window pop up after you click send? It should say "Creating Transaction..." briefly, then a small window should pop up with SEND DECRED and with your amount and fee listed below. Then there is a CANCEL and CONFIRM button at the bottom.

Can you clear your browser cache and try again?

Sorry about the delay, did all the procedures, deleted the cache, so all browsers and the problem continues, always erase sendform.

So we have yet to reproduce your problem, we used *nix, OSX and Win10 and various browsers.
Is this a shared wallet? (1of2, 2of2 etc)

Everytime I try I never get the Create Transaction Proposal like you are, instead it shows the SEND DECRED modal to confirm the txproposal to be sent.

I will continue to track down this bug, but am not sure about a timeline for a fix.

In the meantime, are you able to use dcrwallet to send out your funds? Please let us know if you need help setting up and reseeding your wallet to be able to properly send your funds. Apologies about the issues you are having.
