Links to precompiled geocoder.db versions no longer available

I realize that folks are intended to use the prebuilt container images, but if they are trying to update the code, modify for their own purposes, etc, the links to geocoder sqlite databases in the documentation no longer work.

For example, in the README.md - https://github.com/degauss-org/geocoder/blob/master/README.md?plain=1#L58

I am storing a prior version in s3 and could potentially make this available publicly, but it will depend on the frequency of egress.

The dependency on the file version in s3 has indeed been a problem -- we've experienced a large spike in public downloads; I made it private because we could not sustain the egress costs.

Others that have contributed have compiled the database directly from the TIGER/Line files; e.g. #25. Is this a possibility?
2025 TIGER/Line files are available now and this could be a good time to update the geocoded too.

Re 2025 TIGER/Line - I have been working on the 2025 version https://github.com/choa-chic/tiger_utils, but attempting a slightly different route (async/parallel download from census.gov). I have the TIGER/Line zip files, so should be able to build when I get some time.

This is probably not ideal for automated builds, but we could post db versions to https://zenodo.org/ for posterity and for folks who want to download the fully compiled db to test for themselves. We could link there in README and web docs? It just takes long enough

I like that idea. We could also consider a Dataverse instance like Harvard's as well. It seems like a great benefit to make the created databases more available and less coupled directly to DeGAUSS.
