Constraining min_npix for an intensity or column density image and per cm^-2 units not supported #171

I used Astrodendro on column density map. What is the criteria used for deciding third parameter - min_npix, minimum number of pixels? Is it dependant on the area of the beam that is, the number of pixels coming in beam area? Or the number of pixels coming in a beam diameter?
Another issue is with the units of hydrogen column density. When the catalog is to be made using metadata and header parameters, it is not supporting the units of 1/cm-2.
