Bug - Unable to edit 3rd Image slot on Application #205
Description
Summary:
Unable to add or change the 3rd Image on an Application after has it been created
Steps:
- Edit an application with or without a 3rd Image
- Add/Update a 3rd Image
Observed:
Update image file is applied to the 1st Image slot, 3rd Image is never touched. If it was empty it will still be empty, else the old 3rd slot image is still there.
Expected:
3rd Image to be updated

Chrome and Firefox
