BUG - Banned / Pending App Tab Remains Open

Summary:
When a user opens a banned application it pops a warning. Upon closing the warning the application info page remains blank, but the tab does not close.

Test System:
Windows 7
Firefox 8.0

Steps to Replicate:

1. Go to the "Find Apps" tab.
2. Find a banned app and open it.
3. Note the error that pops up and click ok.

Expected Result:
Application's tab will close after clicking ok on the error that pooped up.

Actual Result:
Application's tab remains open.
