Data doesn't load dynamically from web to mobile

User currently needs to refresh the mobile app to see any changes made (in real time) on web portal. Expected user behavior: If a librarian/admin modifies data on the web portal, the user on the mobile app should the changes without having to restart the app or refreshing the page.
