Variable behavior for fillStruct #3
Description
- if no tag fail or set default (now set default)
- if unexpected tag fail or ignore (now ignore)
- if tag duplicate for non-array fields fail or set last (now set last)
- if tag duplicate for array fields (append or replace)
- if tag has multiple values for non-array field get last or first or fail (now get first)
- etc
