Connection to phone

Hi, just wondering how to get this up and running, after booting the serial monitor prints "starting" but I cannot find it in my list of bluetooth devices; unless this doesn't connect to phones. I have the esp32 feather wing and the necessary esp32 libraries installed. Hopefully this will work out.
