CI/CMake should run solutions as test suite

It would be cool if each CI build ran every solution and checked all their answers as a test suite. I don't know if this should be done as part of the current unit tests, or run in some other way.

Running the runner normally should really also check known solutions.  The solutions should probably be in git along with the inputs, and possibly in their own repository.
