xiaohongshu post body missing

a bug report from one of our seminar leads (which also echoes issues which we've had with some of our MA students):

I found in the seminar last Friday that Zeelschuimer cannot scrape the body of posts on RedNote, as the screenshot shows.

Could you verify where things are missing from? E.g., on such and such page, known information is not collected.

Often it depends on where you collect data from on RedNote (and really all platforms). For example, the main explore page does not contain the description/body, hashtags, timestamp, and other information, but does have some things like author, title, and image url which Zeeschuimer stores:

So far as I can tell, the data is not "hidden" anywhere to collect either. If you note the data is in the NDJSON (and perhaps not mapped by 4CAT to the CSV/preview) or if you find useful data somewhere else on the site from where Zeeschuimer can extract it, do let us know. Descriptions and hashtags are extracted when clicking on the posts for example.

Thank you for your reply.

By clicking to open every post on RedNote, the body cann be scraped. But if you just open the exploration page of Ins and scroll down to collect the posts, the body can still be scraped automatically without opening every post. That's the difference, and that's why at first I thought the body failed to be scraped on RedNote. Basically the body collection from RedNote is not as efficiently as that from Ins.

Thanks again, and is there any possibility to improve the body collection function on RedNote?
