The paper mentions that -quantum-gate-opt performs loop-boundary optimization (as stated in Table 4). This particular optimization seemed highly interesting, and I've tried to locate it in the code, sadly without much success. I have not found it in lib/Transforms/QuantumTransforms.cpp or under that name, is this code checked in?
