pdb output not compatible with DSSP

Hi,

I gave NanoNet a try today and DSSP complains that the output is not compatible.

DSSP could not be created due to an error:
empty protein, or no valid complete residues

Any ideas why?

can you please send me NanoNet output and the exact commands you used?
did you reconstruct the side chains?
