tool fails without any output

$ ./kubernetes-vulcanproxy -KubernetesEndPoint=http://192.168.12.10:8080/v2/apps -EtcdEndPoint=http://192.168.12.10:4001/v2 -EtcdRootKey=/kubernetes-vulcan

produces no output and returns with exitcode 0 without doing anything.

$ etcdctl ls --recursive /kubernetes-vulcan
/kubernetes-vulcan/frontend
/kubernetes-vulcan/frontend/backend
/kubernetes-vulcan/frontend/frontend

(the app is called frontend, its the kubernetes guestbook example)
