Not Able to run in Ubuntu Based Distro 😢

Hello Community, i am using ubuntu based distro ie, Xubuntu, xfce which is lightweight, as i am in old machine the ubuntu gnome looks heavy and laggy so i used xubuntu xfce x11.
My os is from https://xubuntu.org/release/24.04/

The matter of fact is i try to run this application in my fresh os, so i also did a factory reset and newly install all the things and try on my side to run this application.

But see i was not able to run this application, as i follow the docs in the readme file as you write but when i try to run this it not running anyway, you see all the steps i follow copy paste goodly as possible as i can do.

i also record a screen record to shows you if in any case i did any wrong pls let me inform.

Please check my steps or any wrong i am doing, or this is the problem regarding my xubuntu display manager, pls try to fix this, so that like me old configuration's os user can use your applicaiton.
