Help with Sound Voltex #353

Sorry if this might be a very obvious issue, but after I installed the Sound Voltex Exceed Gear zip file, when I open the launcher or startbat file i am met with these two errors :
Is there anything I can do to fix this or get the dlls. I tried fixing it on my own but I am completely lost ☹
