chunithm: enable chunithm-net standard course and stub new APIs - [opened]

Merges crystal-premium -> master

Make all user profiles behave as if they have the "CHUNITHM-NET Standard Course" enabled.

Gameplay wise, this does at least the following:

• +1 map progress
• custom system voice applies everywhere, not just after song result

This leads to calls to new APIs GetUserFavoriteItem
(which seems to have replaced GetUserFavoriteMusic in Crystal)
and GetUserTeam, for which stubs have been added.

Tested profile login functions in Amazon Plus and Crystal (1.35, 1.40).

oops, this is basically a subset of !30

that's what i get for not checking PRs...
