idz: Broken car data will crash the game #8

Sometimes IDZ will send a buy request for an empty/invalid car. Minime however doesn't know it's invalid and thus saves it perfectly fine, which means the next time the game requests the garage, it will crash because of said car. You can remove the car from the db manually and that fixes it, but I think we should sanity check buy requests instead.
I will look into it in the future.
