Tests don't run in recent-ish rubies

I'm in 1.9.3-p392 and getting a stack trace when I run the tests due to brightcove-archive/ooyala_scope#6.

Hm, I'm not able to repro. In 1.9.3-p392 a bundle install + bundle exec rake test works for me.
