New open Google Analytics measurement protocol

Hi,

not sure you are aware, but as I experienced some issues with the user ID in your library and was looking for an alternative, I found that Google now has an open protocol for Analytics:
https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/protocol/v1/

It is very easy and works out of the box just with a simple HTTP Post.

Just FYI for anybody else looking for an alternative.
