It stuck and doesn't display anything.
The same as diagnosting through the app. it is stuck. So I had to run the /Applications/Docker.app/Contents/MacOS/com.docker.diagnose gather -upload command manually which generated the ID but stuck on gathering and zipping:
➜ ~ /Applications/Docker.app/Contents/MacOS/com.docker.diagnose gather -upload
Gathering diagnostics for ID into /var/folders/4c/13yp5nx15q1_vfhb_cswvjt00000gn/T/BD42158D-DF17-4085-9C20-A580CE36C33D/20251201163045.zip.
This may take up to 15 minutes.
