There seems to be an incompatibility with folded-plugin and new bootstrap3-template. No longer the icon is visible but the text ( "Alles aus-/-einklappen") is displayed instead of the icon.

I can confirm similar incompatibility, but what I see is the text will show first when the page loads, making the side toolbar wider and abnormal.

Several seconds later it seems that bootstrap3 kind of post-process the page style again, and render the button icon instead of the text.

So it is less annoying on my side (I'm using 2019 May version update of bootstrap3), but if this quirk can be fixed is still pleasing.

@virk @GJRobert Could you re-test with the latest versions?

It seems to work fine for me. I am using release Hogfather and latest versions of Bootstrap3 template and folded plugin. The fold/unfold all button shows the icon, no text, and is fully functional. No isses at all. My Browser is Firefox on a Ubuntu desktop PC.
