Is it possible to return DMARC record if invalid/error is found?

The current behavior for DMARC doesn't match how SPF works. Currently, SPF returns the record even if it's invalid/contains errors. Would it be possible to implement the same behavior for DMARC? This would be very helpful for debugging/monitoring, as it's currently impossible to see the original record when an error is detected.
